One-on-One Meetings with School Principals

We value the culture of feedback. Once we have collected data on a particular school, we schedule a meeting with the Principal to share our insights and offer technical assistance.

Quarterly Principals' Roundtable

We value the culture of collaboration and communities. Our quarterly meetings are aimed to bring Principals together to share evidence-based successful practices and exchange ideas to problem-solve our data findings.

Bi-Annual Public Forum

This is an opportunity to bring all stakeholders together to share our findings at both a systemic and school level. We believe that it is important this forum is held twice a year so that each cohort of students actually have their needs meet. Our June and December meetings give schools the opportunity to plan for the upcoming academic year in June and discuss progress made thus far in December. This is also an opportunity for families, public officials, school principals and all concernced taxpayers to be empowered with citizen-led data and discuss pertinent issues in relation to resource allocation; mutual accountability; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Periodic Reports

Our periodic reports provide stakeholders with the opportunity to see the insights from our ongoing and scheduled data collection activities.
